<title>GreatSchools: What are my legal rights in seeing my childs school records?</title>
	<link>http://community.greatschools.net/q-and-a/429408/What-are-my-legal-rights-in-seeing-my-childs-school-records</link>
<description>I would like to see my child's school records, and although i assume i have the legal right to do so, would like to know before i go. We had a problem earlier this year (not my child, but with another child who hurt mine), and i'm so very curious to see if the school wrote any comments in my childs files about this incident. Also, do teachers keep files on the kids, or just the office? </description>
