	<title>GreatSchools: Moving to St. Augustine</title>
	<link>http://community.greatschools.net/q-and-a/334019/Moving-to-St-Augustine</link>
<description>We are currently planning to move to St Augustine. I need advice on which is the best neighborhood to raise a family. We have looked in Palecia which I LOVE with the exception of the CDD Fees, then Kensignton, Murabella, and South Hampton. All of which seam pretty nice. I would like to know if there are any other neighborhoods near Palencia? We are looking for a 4 bedroom, 2 or more bath home with a 3 car garage preferable side entrance a pool would also be nice. We currently live in a golf community in Kentucky near our daughter school and our church. My daughter attends middle school at a private Christian school which I love and my other daughter is to attend their Pre-K progran next year so education and school system is very important to me. I have heard that St Johns has an excellent school system. So I would really appreciate any and all advice. Thank you so much!
