I am worried about my son. He gets picked on and bullied frequently and in fact, does not even go outside anymore. He wants to avoid getting picked on and hit. He is a great kid; very sweet and thoughtful, intelligent and funny. He is overweight which targets him to get bullied.I enrolled him in Tae Kwon Do to help increase his self-esteem and defend himself(2 months now), but he still is not confident handling these situations. He is scared and seems weak mentally.I am very supportive of him and he has no problem coming to me and telling me what goes on. I advocate for him fiercly, but other parents do not care and get so defensive. They do not want to hear complaints about their own kids.We are very isolated and alone. Me with the parents and my son with the kids. I am sick of him coming home crying because he got hit and nobody caring. He spends all his free time watching Tv and playing video games while we can hear the kids outside running around having a good time. What should I do?
