last week my daughter's bag was stolen at school. phone ,house keys, wallet, personal items, calculator,( the $130 expensive kind for advanced algebra) notebooks, sunglasses, and makeup bag. the police were called, and report filed. because of this, the phone contract was cancelled, the house locks had to be changed, and the personal items replaced. these things cost money, especially having the locks changed.. and replacement of the calculator.

a few day's later, after i replaced the missing needed items, everything was found dumped in a school trash can.
this week a kid comes to school with my daughter's bag, one of the teacher's recognized it and she called the cops again to make another report..
my daughter's name was in the bag..
is suspension and taken off the cheerleading, and soccer squad enough?
or do you take it further... like have the kid pay the cost of replacing the items, or do let the law handel it, press charges and go to court?
