The problem, they say is that he might "sit on his foot in the chair while doing his work, or pick in his hair, or put his head on the desk while doing his work but the work is still being done. i have a daughter who trully has ADHD and he acts nothing like her..She says by law if they evaluate him as ADHD then he has to take meds or I am inhibiting his education and social services would get involved. i was hyper as a kid myself and i never took any meds for nothing and now i am confident and successful in life so what can i do?
