	<description>My son is going to be eight years old in September. Hes going into third grade. He's a bright kid. However majority of kid in his class are at least a year older and those kids get placed into advanced courses. My son is bright but being younger gets overshadowed by the older kids. Can I get him to repeat a grade so that he is at par with the other kids</description>
