GreatSchools: dads

I beleive that Father's...reguardless if they are residential guardians, or have shared parenting..should be able to have equal parenting and decision making rights when it comes to his children and their education.

just to add...my husband has paid childsupport since day 1 and is not behind at all...he has a shared parenting order that his daughters mother refuses to abide by..we are currently in a custody battle because she has neglected the childs dental health and she went as far as to take her out of school completely to school her at home because she does not want us to be able to participate in the activities because it makes us look better than her...when all we do is care to be a part of his daughters life because we love her.

You can visit your child by law. Support or Back Pay Support or No Support. You have that right. Call the law yourself and get so time with your child.

On the other hand, that situation wouldn't present itself if the fathers had equal access to their children. That's were the law is biased against father's and their rights.
