Parent Answers to "What's a great elementary school in Green Bay? What makes it great?"

Partnering with teachers and the school. However Howe Elementry in Green Bay was very offensive the first week of school when a parent attended classes, anassembly (the only parent there) and helped out on the playground. Howe is not doing enough to enourage partnering with the school. This is very concerning.
