I thought there was only one Elementary school in Selah. Maybe it has grown since I lived in that area.
Having a well run library is important. My daughter is the librarian for Selah Elementary (Suzy Carney). I believe it is a certain focus-point for the children and the teachers can rely on what is offered there. I'm grateful for her involvement and for her award this year of Teacher of the Year. She is a starter with a great attitude.
