My children have attended both St. Matthews preschool at Forest and Patterson and Agape Preschool at Gayton Baptist Church on North Gayton Rd. I found both of these schools to be wonderful for my children. The teachers were very caring, knowledgable and excellent with the children, and curriculum was well suited to each age group. Both of these are Christian preschools and have wonderful Bible teaching as part of the curriculum.

My younger child is entering kindergarten in the fall. My older child is in the second grade. Both attended Open Arms Christian Preschool on River Road. It is a small school with amazing teachers and curriculum. They offer wonderful enrichment opportunities after school as well as incorporating "out of the box" learning styles during the regular day. Work to look at each child individually and teach to his/her particular learning style.
It is a wonderful school. I cannot say enough good things. It would be well worth your time to go and check it out.
