I think the question should be which one's don't have a bad reputation, it would be easier to answer.
Well, if you want the best elementary, middle and high schools in one place, that would be the Maury High School District, which includes Larchmont Elementary, Taylor Elementary and Blair Middle School. Norfolk public schools can be rough as far as the population they serve, so many parents opt to use the private schools, which are numerous.
