I recommend Annandale Cooperative Preschool (annandalecoop.org). It is a half-day cooperative (meaning that parents take turns assisting the teacher). It is one of the few National Assoc for the Education of Young Children-accredited cooperative preschools in Northern Va. The environment is warm and caring and the teachers are fantastic.
