Parent Answers to "What's a great elementary school in Tyler? What makes it great?"

East Texas Christian Academy (ETCA) has a fabulous elementary school. What makes it great? You will not find better elementary teachers in Tyler! From the pre-school through 6th grade, these teachers are exactly what the students need at each level. They know when and how to push, and they are very intuitive as to each child's needs and abilities. These teachers are willing and able to work with each individual child as needed, and the small class size really facilitates their ability to do just that. There is a family atmosphere at ETCA. The students feel loved and known, and the kids are supportive of each other. We have been at ETCA for 6 years now, and we couldn't be happier.
