You need the following:
First you need to prove that you live where you say you live, like a utility bill. Then you need your children's shot records and a transfer approval from your other school. Your child need some identification like a birth certificate or a social security. Enrollment usually happens the week before or when school starts. I hope this helped.

They are online and you can read that.
Had to have a doctors bill of health, Vaccine record (or you can get a waiver stating why your child is not getting vaccines). Also they list the school supplies online and sometimes you can pre purchase them,
