This is a tough question for several reasons
1) what school can handle the diverse nature of students in elementary?
2) some students will take longer to learn how to read and write and need extra help. Some need small groups others need one on one
3) what teacher is capable of offering personal attention to each student? At this critical age students need individual attention to move forward some do not. This diverse environment is very costly for a school. What school offers this
4) A school is only as good as the teachers. How do you know if the teachers at a particular school are in fact good or not. It seams like a hit and miss activity no matter what the rating of the school
I would be interested in knowing if there really is a private or public school that meets any of these stringent criteria
