Arlington Heights Methodist - Mildred Haupt Preschool is the best kept secret in Fort Worth. It is run by "Miss Anne" a gifted director and educator of young minds. It is a loving, happy environment meant to foster love of learning. The children have a wonderful time not even realizing they are learning. We came to this 'part-time' preschool from a full-time Montessori. I was so ready for a more laid back approach and realized that all children follow the same curve-some earlier than others-and it is about love and confidence in the early years, not pressure. All 3 of my boys were prepared academically for private kindergarten with self-esteem firmly in place, an appreciation for sharing and making good friends and respecting teachers.
