What makes a great middle school for me is the transition from elementary to middle school. For both my son and daughter the transition was not difficult for them. Also, being able to communicate effectively with my children teachers is important. They email me and call to make me aware of concerns. I can contact them freely as well. The extracurricular activities are important because the child can learn as well as have fun in the process. My children attend Stewart's Creek Middle and the school is very good. What has really impressed me about this school is the technology available to the students.
