I think that the best preschool in Johnson City is by far The Early Learning Center or ELC for short. This preschool offers care for children ages 8 months to pre-k. The teachers are GREAT! Both my brother and I participate in the gifted programs at school and recive honor roll grades, my parents strongly believe it is because of ELC. The children eat healthy meals and dont usually have much refined sugar. The school is located on the first level of the First United Methodist Church. I STRONGLY reccomend ELC to any parent. The cost is a little pricey but well worth it. Once again,ELC is great.
