oh and that same kid that took that big bag of pot to school in the 7th grade has gotten into trouble 20 to 30 times since then and is now in the 11th grade. check the juvenile system in franklin ... do a poll as to compare how many kids have been in and out of the juvenile system in franklin that go to public schools verses private schools in franklin, and you will see. people that say a child can do just as well in a public school verses a private school are wrong ,very wrong. think about it. if your child is suurounded by kids that do bad and get in trouble, eventually that could happen to them, not every time, but its like putting ice cream in front of a child and saying i am going to the store and while i am gone please dont eat that ice cream. why even out the ice cream in front of the child. or putting a 1 year old on top of a huge building and trusting a stranger to not let them fall and die. well thats about what you will be doing with a public school. if you have the means for a private school or have to work harder to make that money for a private school, it is sooo worth it. think about it, what type of children do you want your child to be friends with ? it is well known, although no one ever wants to admitt it that one of the reasons why private schools are better because you have to pay and most parents who pay for their child to go to private school are good parents usually and then therefore the children are raised right and better children and therefore your child is put in with those kids

you need to know if you are going to send your child to a public school in franklin. good luck. everyone says they are great. yeah great compared to a high school in the middle of new york city or great compared to a high school in the middle of downtown nashville. with kids bringing guns to school. franklin public schools are most noted for the drugs, bad kids so many, even worse very bad parents.fake parents that will make you think they care about there kids, and that they do right but they are liers and enablers big time. so many of these kids are in and out of juvenile why ? because they get too many chances. for example a 7th grader gets caught with a huge bag of pot in school and gets to go back to that school in a month or 3 months. WOW they dont kick the child out for ever. oh there is so much you need to know. my son came from a private school k-6 and everything fell apart when he entered the 7th grade of public franklin school.grassland middle. most of the tecahers in GMS and franklin high just dont care.in a private school they just dont put up with drugs and kids that do them sell them etc. they keick them out for good, so if you want your child to be surrounded and i mean surrounded by drug dealers ( many) you wouldnt even think these kids do drugs let alone sell them. but they do. dont do it, do what ever you have to do and send your child to a private school. for you child. if you dont you will look back and so wish you did. if i had a few hours to tell you all i know .. you would definatly not send your child to a public school ever.
