i agree with you. they dont really help students with those problems even though they are aware of it. its horrible at the thought of them when they do need help but most likely those students wont step forward.
Please send some help to ALL the teachers of BENTON TENNESSEE so they are aware of the rights the students have with learning disabilities. Remind them it hasn't been that long ago that Benton installed an Elevator at the Courthouse for the handicapped citizens . That is about how far behind they are on their students with learning disabilities.
I can share bad experiences about the Middle School ,the Principle Mrs. Dunn and the Special Ed Teacher Mrs. Davis.They do not help Kids that have learning disabilities such as ADD , ADHD ,Conduct Disorder , Rage Behavior Disorder, Bipolar and Mood Disorders. Some of these students are struggling
with this and these ladies are aware of it
but instead of helping these students these students are sent to in School suspension for eight hours straight or to Alternative School . I am sure this really helps build their self esteem even more .
