The East Penn School District has lost ground in recent years. Emmaus High School is far too overcrowded and has all the baggage that comes with too many people in a confined space. The Board and whoever else is responsible have done a major, long lasting disservice to the community by not acting on a new High School in the Lower Macungie/Alburtis area. Whiler Lower Macungie was one of the fastest growing communities in the state the School Board slept. They are a very mediocre Board, at best, who lacks any vision or forward thinking.
