Parent Answers to "How did you choose a preschool in Portland?"

I chose based on availabity and price. I chose Helen Gordon Child Development Center because my husband was attending PSU and got a discounted child care/preschool price. After he stopped attending PSU, we paid full price. The only glich to it was that my son had to adapt to the non Reggio Emilio style of public school and is farther ahead then the other kids. I'm considering going back to a private/charter school with that type of curriculum, hard to find without driving far from the David Douglas area!
