You need to stay away from the inner city schools just a few.Hickory High School don't even attempt to send your kid there because odds are they are gonna get jumped on by gang members.If you stay on the conover hickory line and go to schools like Lylecreek Elementarty or Bunker Hill and River bend these schools are alot more laid back and better and you don't see half as much crime and stuff.Julie
