Parent Answers to "What's a great elementary school in Stewart Manor? What makes it great?"

I'm the parent of 2 kids at Stewart Manor Elementary School. What makes this school great is its suburban feel (one level building, big grassy fields) as well as its small school size (most grades only have 2 classes). They also offer many programs to help students advance and the PTA is super-involved -- amazing the amount of programs and fundraisers pulled together all year. There's also a new after-school program for us working parents that's very helpful. Finally, the kids are all-around great! My kids have never had any issues and love school. I think that sums it up best!
