Thanks, I will be sending my daughter to PS 56 Sept 09, I am new to the public school system.

When I moved to staten island I checked online which school my son was going to.. it depends on your address and then I called the school directly, they instructed me as to what steps to take.. I know this post is a bit old and your child must be in school already.. but just wanted to share.. also if you need to know ANYTHING about SI just call 311 and they will help..
