I would like to enroll my child in a public school outside her district. How do I go about enrolling her. I would like to transfer her from a private school to a public school.

Well, at first your child is given a sheet in which he/she has to fill out what high school and what program in that high she/he wants to attend. The results come in late March, if she/he recieves a school that she does not like, they can go to the enrollment office in whichever boro their choiced school is, otherwise they can ask their teacher for an appeal form.
