I'm not a parent of a highschool student, I am a grandmother of a highschool student.
My grandson is a sophmore at Clark High School on Pennwood and Arville.

I have basically adopted the high school because of an accident I had there two years ago, when I fell out of my wheel-chair, two young men from the football-team and two young ladies stopped to assist me in getting back into my chair. Ever since that day those students have all become like my grandkids.
I want to do something to show my apperciation, I wrote a letter to the principal telling him what happened and thanking for having such caring students. Clark has always had a bad reputation, and I wanted to show a positive side and I'm glad I did.

I want to start a PTA or a Parent Booster Club at the school for the Athletic Department and see about organizing school clubs and activities to get all parents and students involved.
Any information you can provide would really be helpful.

Thank-You,
Kathleen A. Miles
