Definitely NOT First Baptist! I say this as a former director myself and as a teacher...if the state licensing board took a good look at that church daycare, it would be shut down.

I met some great parents. And I had an awesome group of kids. And there were several really good teachers. I even liked the director. Unfortunately, her hands were tied by the pastor who controlled the program.

When I say that school is bad, I mean really bad. I saw abuse. I saw kids getting lost at least two or three times a day. I saw corners cut on nutrition. Parents were mislead about curriculum. On and on....I left because my conscience would no longer allow me to work there.

I have heard that the new preschool/daycare at North Oxford is supposed to be excellent. I've also heard good things about Mother Goose.

Willie Price is outstanding. But there is a huge waiting list.
