In addition to the previous comments, Chaska Children's House is a great preschool because the owner/teacher is fully licensed, has two Montessori teaching diplomas, an MEd in education and a Minnesota teaching license. The school is also fully insured. Art and music are fully incorporated into the children's day, as are early learning in language/reading skills, math concepts and skills, geography, history, practical life skills, small motor development activities of the child centered Montessori materials and curriculum. The children are happy and actively learning!

I think that Chaska Children's House in Chaska is a great preschool. It is small and the teacher gives a lot of individual attention to the kids. It is a Montessori school and the teacher has a lot of experience. She turned the main floor of her home into a sweet learning place for kids, and the back yard is big and fenced with a lot of shade. The kids love the yard. They observe a lot of nature outdoors, and get good exercise. The school has a food program and the children serve themselves family style from the home cooked meals and snacks Sherry serves. There are only 10 spaces for children, and she has a a few openings.
