Starting Point Montessori is an excellent elementary school. My two-year old attends here. What makes this school so great is the fact that there are caring teachers that nurture and love your child. As for the director, she is just AWESOME! This is a private school, but yet affordable. If anyone is looking for a great school, small class size, and a warm, caring atmosphere, then Starting Point Montessori is the school for your child.

I think Friends School in Detroit is an excellent school. Both the staff and the student body are very diverse. The class sizes are small and condusive to learning. The headmaster takes the time to know every student, and all of the kids seem happy to be there.
