The Bartlett School has terrific Pre-k1 and Pre-K2 grades. Experienced, nurturing, creative and kind teachers. My children loved their experience here. The other advantage is that my children were able to remain and go on to Kindergarten and above. The school goes to sixth grade so they are settled into a nice community where they know most everyone. The upper years offer a great deal. They continue the Pre-K languages of French and Spanish, and PE and Art and Music, Science and Technology, so there is a nice continuity through the years. I can not say enough about the Bartlett School. My children love it. I love the easy access to the school and there are children from many different communities which adds to the interesting diversity of the school. After sixth grade the children go on to great independent schools, mostly near by and the Head of School helps with this process. They also have an extended day program until 5:30. Go visit and see for yourself- - on the Lincoln line of Waltham near the reservoir.
