Lenox public schools are the equivalent or better than private schools. The class sizes are small, the staff phenomenal, the students are involved and ready to learn, the parents supportive. My biggest complaint is the shear amount of time that must be devoted to ridiculous MCAT preparation and what the teachers COULD be doing with this time instead!

If you are from a surrounding town, the private schools in Lenox would be great alternatives. If you are a Lenox resident, though, and your child would be going to Lenox schools, there is no need to waste your money on a private school tuition. Save it for college.
