Holy Trinity School is a great option for preschoolers! It is a small class (16 kids this year) with two teachers and a great balance between structured and unstructured play/learning. You can choose a half day or full day schedule and before and afterschool is available if needed, too. My youngest loves it - and loves the attention he gets from the bigger kids there too. Great community of families that are truly involved with their children.
