Parent Answers to "What school districts have the best reputation in or around Monroe?"

There is only two school districts in Monroe; one being Monroe City Schools and Ouachita Parish Schools. I will not let my children attend a Monroe City School at all. The people that have been elected to the school board don't know anything about the schools. Some of the schools in this district are so way behind and the children are the ones that are suffering. Don't get me wrong there are a few good schools in the Monroe school district (Neville)
Ouachita Parish Schools have great schools throughout the parish. OPS have a couple of schools that are struggling but its improving.
