This is what I have been told and am thinking it may be true since my children go to public school. Public schools cater to the lower level children, kids who need extra learning to get grades raised(no children left behind act).Where they tend to bring advanced children down to a lower level because I don't feel they know what to do.Private does the opposite and cater to the higher functioning level kids and try to bring the kids lagging behind up to the higher level. This is my own reflection maybe i am just upset right now. I know children in private schools and they tend to be at the least, one grade ahead of public and have many more resources.
