Parent Answers to "How do public and private schools compare in Merrillville?"

Honestly, Parents in the Merrillville area have limited choices. When you compare Merrillville Schools (both public and/or privite) with schools in surrounding areas like Crown Point, Schererville or even Hobart the results are disheartening. Merrillville Schools are dramatically lacking. This is especially disconcerting concidering the fact that 10 years ago the Merrillville Community Schools were concidered some of the best in all of Lake County.
