i do not have a preschool age child, but if i did i would never send him/her to a public school.i think headstart does a good job, children are closely monitored and supervised.the buses for headstart are designed for small children, therefore they are safer.the furniture is also childsize, therefore they can be comfortable when they eat, less likely to spill hot food on themselves.
Does someone at Austin carry the hot food for these 4 year olds? I have a 3 year old grandson who is very small and he would not be able to carry hot food and climb up to a cafeteria table to eat.
