Parent Answers to "How do public and private schools compare in University Park?"

My kids attended both public and private schools in University Park, and I think I would have been happier if I had stuck with the public school system (maybe my expectations would not have been as high).
My children attended Crete Elementary School 2004-2005 then transferred to Deer Creek Christian School. I had extremely high expectations of Deer Creek and they fell short, then we moved.
I am still not satisfied where I am now (they attend a catholic school), but I keep wanting to compare my great experiences to what my children encounter now. The teachers do not know how to control the classrooms and the children are disrespectful. I have not come accustom to how the schools discipline students and how irresponsible parents are with discipline as well.
I am going to stay hopeful for high school as I stay prayful through elementary school.
