Bonnie McBeth Learning Center.
My son attended because he had developmental delays, he was put in a classroom with non-delayed children. the progress he showed was amazing. I had great communication with the teachers and classroom aids. Every teacher I met was confident, knowledgeable and I never felt rushed when discussing my son's progress. Parent participation is encouraged throughout the school year and appreciated when it is given. I know they work hard together in the school as a team to keep their programming full and focused throughout the day. I cannot stand the other schools in this district but cannot say enough good things about this scool.
My daughter attended montessori of plainfield. They are a very nice school. The tuition was a bit more than I liked but oh well. I thought the head of the school seemed a bit standoffish when I met her. The teachers that were there when my daughter attended were incredible. She LOVED going to school. If you're a fan of the Montessori method this is a very good preschool. I costs more than Bonnie McBeth though. I was not able to be as involved as the school staff would have liked. They really want parents to participate a lot. My choice to go to Bonnie McBeth for my son was dictated by his special needs more than anything else. Montessori of Plainfield was not equipped to deal with his developmental delays as well as Bonnie McBeth.
