What do you mean, out of district enrollrollment? or kids leaving Carbondale to enroll somewhere else.? Is it because of special ed needs? genius needs? athletics? or what? Honestly, they go by the book. Parents may want something else for their child and they somehow get it. But HS. coaches Do NOT recruit.
