Each school handles the enrollment process. State law requires that all immunizations are placed on the GA form. The Liberty County Health Department will do this for a fee. Waivers are granted for some of the paperwork required if the enrollment is 1 week or later before the first day of school. For high school, call and ask for the Registrar or for the Guidance Dept. secretary.
