My daughter went to Lakeland High for a year. It was awful!! You are basically a number, the guidance dept is a joke (very set in there way - don't really care about the kids). If your child is not a straight A, self learner - forget about it. People in Lakeland will say Lakeland High is great - probably because they don't know any better.
