I realize my answer to you is a year late - but I hope my answer will still help.
I personally rank our four elementary schools (based on my childrens experiences) as follows --
1. winston park elementary - office staff is great, teachers are great and work with the parents and the students for the best learning potential, Principal is willing to listen and assist with any questions or problems you may have.
2. tradewinds elementary - same as above, but did have a few teachers that seemed disinterested.
3. Coconut Creek elementary - For the most part - have great teachers with a few bad ones. Both of my sons had the same teacher for 4th grade and both times, she was a handful and we butted heads many times. The principal is willing to listen but not willing to take any action. He sometimes says one thing but then does something else. The PTA here is much better than the other two schools though. They are larger and more active - and are only assigned at this one school. The Winston Park PTA members are also assigned at the local high school so their time is limited.
4. Liberty elementary.
I list this one last only because it is a relatively new school and my children have not attended there. Also friends whose children do go there are having difficulties with alot of aspects of this school.
