To register a child in any West Haven School, please visit the school. If you are not sure what school your child should be attending, contact Mrs. Stallings at 203-937-4300.
Residency policy requires that all students, without exception, produce bona fide proof that they live in West Haven. As evidence of residency, the parent or legal guardian of each student must show the school building administrator two or more of the most recent documents such as: court document, mortgage receipt, rent receipt or lease provision, utility bills or phone bill, and notarized statement. No one document will suffice. All information will be treated confidentially.
Parents must accompany all new registrants who are under eighteen years of age. They are also required to present educational and health records obtained from the school that was previously attended.
PLEASE NOTE: Your child must have an up-to-date Physical Examination
Be sure to bring:
* Up-to-date health records
* Two (2) proofs of residency
(Driver's license, cell phone bills and credit card bills NOT acceptable)
