From what I have heard, the school needs to be a homeschool of your apartment/house, if not you can apply for any other school to be your preferred school and the application needs to be submitted to the homeschool as well as the preferred school, and the admission in preferred school depends on the number of seats available after the 'home school' students have been admitted.
