My children attended Holy Apostles Preschool. It is one of only 5 independent(not school district or military-all military schools are required to have NAEYC accreditation) nationally accredited schools in the Springs and has a wonderful environment. The school is a parent co-op, so there is a lot of parental investment in the school. The program is not academically rigorous, but focuses on age appropriate learning and social development. My child was more than prepared to enter Kindergarten at an academically rigorous charter school after attending HAP. We have had wonderful experiences at HAP and plan on continuing our association with the school.
My son has gone to Sunrise Preschool for 3 years (including MMO etc.) I couldn't be happier. The class my son is in has had so many fun days Astronaut day, pirate day, cowboy day. He really has enjoyed learning and playing at Sunrise. I am so lucky I came upon them.
The University of Colorado Springs - Family Development Center Preschool. Also, Hope Montessori.
