Parent Answers to "What preschool do you think is great in Carbondale? Why?"

I think Solara is a great preschool. I love this school. The teachers and the director are fabulous and really care about the kids. They involve the children in so many great activities. The teach social and environmental responsibility. The art projects are creative and wonderful. They also do a lot of fun things to involve parents with their child's school. The school often integrates current events into what's happening at the school (ex. the olympics - they held olympic events for the kids, the space shuttle launch...kid's watched it in room and then had a space unit, the elections...kid's were asked who they were voting for and why)
The school also teaches great moral values and helps to teach the children to appreciate their parents and other important people in their lives.
I truly can't say enough good things about this school.
