You need to first, be a Union City resident with proof of address. Walk into the Cabello ES offices and register. New students to the district must provide proof of updated immunizations and a TB test within the last year. You will be assigned to an elementary school in your school boundary, either Cesar Chavez MS or Alvarado MS (depending where you live)----then everyone ends up at James Logan High.
