my kids all attended Early Explorations in Tierrasanta. They (and I) loved it! The teachers were great and the office staff was so friendly. I wouldn't call myself a "high maintenance" parent but each time I had any questions or concerns they would take the time to talk with me. My kids were more than prepared for kindergarten when they graduated. This school knows their stuff!
My son is currently in his second year at Mira Mesa Presbyterian Preschool in Mira Mesa and he loves it. As parents we are very happy with what he is learning at preschool as well. This preschool has been in Mira Mesa for about 30 years I am told and several of the staff memebers are long timers too which I think says a lot. They really understand kids. The tuition is reasonable too. They find creative ways to do art projects and such without blowing their budget. Most of the parents seem to be the kind of people that care about their child's education. The atmosphere is more of a school not a daycare. I would send my child there again if I had to start all over.
