I went to Gavilan View Middle School class of 92. I loved it there. The teachers were great though I did have a problem with one of them. The Principal and Vice knew us all by name and would take time out to talk to us whenever we needed it. Not to mention it was fun my first day in English at high school when the teacher asked one of us to read out loud and half the class could recite at least part of it without opening a book. GV prepared us far better then high school did. There were very few behavior problems and the ones that did crop up were dealt with quickly. I don't even remember seeing a fight till I got to high school. The only thing we weren't prepared for was the crowds and noise at high school. I know when I graduated there were only like 700 students at the school and I knew almost the whole graduating class. I wasn't even one of the popular kids but we really didn't notice things like that everyone pretty much got along there. The ones who you didn't get along with you just left alone. Some times I wish I was still a kid so I could go back there.
